Payroll
Albany utilizes a combination of experience together with industry leading software to manage and address all aspects of the payroll process. This has specific benefits for our consultants including: direct deposit; flexible pay cycle options; full financial report for each consultant for each pay period; and most importantly, being paid on time.

Administration & Timesheet processing
Our aim is to make our consultants financial and contractual affairs as simple and straightforward as possible. The Albany model relieves them of most of their administrative duties, eliminating the risk of mistakes, and leaving them to focus on doing your work.

HR Support
By defining Albany’s role as the EoR for our contingent workers, any confusion as to where HR queries should be directed can be eliminated, with our contingent workers comfortable in the knowledge they have a team of dedicated specialists to whom they can turn.

Communication
Each Albany consultant is assigned a dedicated Personal Account Manager who liaises with all parties concerned with the financial and legal aspects of their contract. More than just a name, he or she will fast become an approachable ally who can be relied upon to provide accurate information and individual & attentive service.
